Feed the Hungry on #GivingTuesday

Are you familiar with #GivingTuesday? In case you are unfamiliar with the event, here is a quote from Wikipedia.

"GivingTuesday, often stylized as #GivingTuesday for the purposes of hashtag activism, refers to the Tuesday after Thanksgiving in the United States. It is touted as a "global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world."

Here at Proactive Talent, we are doing our part. We have donated $3,000.00 to the Central Texas Food Bank. This donation will feed 36,000 families in Texas. Did you know that more than 80 percent, or 4 in 5, food banks are serving more people now than they did a year ago. As a result of the pandemic, Feeding America estimates 1 in 6 Americans could face hunger.

We want to encourage you to help when and where you can. Please consider donating to a Food Bank today and/or ask your employer to match your donation. Together, we can make a difference on this Giving Tuesday as well as the rest of the year.
