COVID Check-in Survey Data

We surveyed 200+ professionals about the state of their business in the COVID era. Our questions were short and focused on if/when employees were returning to the office, immediate hiring goals, recruitment budgets and investments in HR technology.

Our survey respondents varied widely across company employee size and industries. They were predominantly in management roles and forecasted a 2021 return to the office. Half of respondents said that COVID had an adverse effect on their business, yet they were increasing their hires in 2021. When asked about their recruitment budgets, there was no intention to increase the amount. Moreover, more than half did not anticipate investing in new HR technology.
