Proactive Talent Hires Principal Consultant, Travis Triggs

The uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has not stunted the growth of the agile recruitment processing outsourcing company – Proactive Talent who made a strategic hire with Travis Triggs as Principal Consultant leading its Recruitment Marketing agency.

travis triggsTriggs has over 15 years of experience in building global recruitment marketing programs both in house at firms like Dell, Time Warner Cable, and Indeed as well as Agency/RPO experience as an Employer Brand & Media Strategy Manager at Alexander Mann Solutions. His last stint at AMS found him leading talent attraction within their product innovation division.

When asked why he decided to accept Proactive Talent’s opportunities versus others, he said, “I've always been passionate about improving the hiring experience for the employer and also for each and every person that finds themselves looking for their next move.
