Got hit with a burst of nostalgic pride today. As we are preparing plans for kicking off several new clients in the New Year, I see this memory of when I kicked off my VERY FIRST Proactive Talent client exactly 5 years ago.
Fast forward to today and we are kicking off our 150th client on January 4th.
We are now a team of dozens of amazing talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment marketing professionals in the US, Canada, and Europe helping companies across the globe navigate their talent challenges in an unprecedented business atmosphere.
After this crazy 2020 year, we are stronger, more capable, battle-scarred, and tested. Not to mention already having been living in the future of work that is upon us all this time.
As I close out my last work week of the year I just can’t hold back my excitement and hope for the new year and can’t wait to see what it will be like to look back at all we have achieved in the next 5 years!
